Digital sovereignty

Sovereignty isn’t a feature. It’s a stance.

Where your data lives, who can reach it, and whether you can ever leave — these are not technical footnotes. They are trust.

Zeeb is built for teams that can’t route their code and data through another continent. Your projects, live previews and data run in German data centres at IONOS, under German and European jurisdiction — and because every project is a plain Git repository, nothing about that arrangement traps you.

What runs where

Two worlds, one honest boundary

Development & live preview

Zeeb · IONOS, Germany

  • Live preview URL
  • Project data & Postgres
  • MCP server & tools
git push

Production

Your infrastructure

  • Your Git remote
  • Your deploy target
  • Your choice of region

We don’t host your production — today, that is your guarantee of control. Managed production hosting is on the roadmap.

Hosting

IONOS · Germany

Projects, live previews and data live in German data centres.

Jurisdiction

German & EU law

A German counterparty and German contracts — no third-country transfer.

GDPR

AVV / DPA available

Data protection by design; the AVV is a download, not a negotiation.

Exit

git clone

Every project is a standard Git repo — leave anytime, your remote stays authoritative.

Production runs on your own infrastructure — you deploy your repo to your own remote. Managed production hosting is on the roadmap.

  1. 01

    German jurisdiction

Place of performance and venue are in Germany. You deal with German law and a German counterparty — not an opaque entity overseas.

  2. 02

    GDPR & data processing agreement

We process personal data strictly under the GDPR and offer a data processing agreement (AVV). The details are spelled out in our privacy policy and AVV.

  3. 03

    Scoped and isolated by default

Each workspace is fully isolated, sessions use short-lived scoped tokens, and API keys are scoped, support IP allow-lists and expiry, and revoke instantly.

  4. 04

    No lock-in

Every project is a standard Git repository. Clone it, move it, host it elsewhere — the remote stays authoritative and the door is always open.

Verify it

Claims you can check yourself

You own the repo
git clone your project on day one — the remote is yours, not an export feature.
Data stays in Germany
The AVV names the data centres and sub-processors — read it before you sign.
No lock-in
Export a project and run it without Zeeb — it is standard code with migrations.
Scoped access
Create a key with an IP allow-list and expiry; revoke it and watch it fail instantly.

Sovereignty you can verify, not just promise.
