This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when using Zeeb MCP, the Zeeb portal, and the related API and preview infrastructure.

2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process data to provide the MCP service, manage user accounts, execute tool calls, enforce billing and quota policies, and maintain security and service reliability.
- Account and workspace data (e.g. name, email, roles, memberships)
- Authentication and security data (e.g. API key hashes, OAuth/session details, request IDs)
- Usage and billing data (tool calls, quota checks, plan and consumption information)
- Project and runtime data (project metadata, job status, preview status, technical logs)
3. Legal bases
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operational security, abuse prevention, and service quality).
4. Hosting, processors, and recipients
The platform is hosted on IONOS infrastructure. IONOS is engaged as a processor for providing the technical operating environment.
Additional recipients receive data only where required for service delivery, security, or legal obligations (for example, authorized integrations enabled by the customer).
5. Retention period
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Operational and runtime data is regularly reduced or removed according to internal cleanup processes.
6. Technical and organizational measures (TOMs)
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including protected service-to-service communication, role-based access controls, tenant-isolated processing, short-lived tokens, and auditable operational flows.
7. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection in line with applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
