Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV)

Framework information about processing under customer instructions.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This page describes the DPA framework for Zeeb MCP. For a legally signed DPA, we provide a separate contract document.

1. Subject matter and duration

Zeeb processes personal data on behalf of customers to provide the MCP platform, portal, tool execution, billing, and optional preview runtimes.

Processing lasts for the term of the underlying customer agreement plus any legally required retention periods.

2. Data types and categories of data subjects

Depending on the usage scenario, the following categories may be processed:

  • Customer and team member master/contact data
  • Authentication data and security-relevant metadata
  • Usage, project, job, and billing data
  • Content actively processed through customer-triggered tool calls

3. Technical and organizational measures

Zeeb operates a multi-service platform with separated gateway, execution, billing, and preview planes, including access controls, tenant separation, protected internal communication, logging, and controlled permissions.

4. Sub-processing

IONOS infrastructure is used as a sub-processor for platform hosting.

Additional sub-processors are engaged only under contractual and data-protection requirements.

5. Assistance obligations

Zeeb supports customers, within reasonable scope, in meeting data-protection obligations (e.g. data subject requests, security topics, TOM evidence) where related to processed data.

6. Signed DPA request

To receive a signed DPA version, please contact hello@zeeb.cloud with your contract details.
